Change of mind
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we arrange a return or exchange. Items should come back unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging. We refund the full order value; return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Faulty or wrong items
Email chenzhenjun2026@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund – including return postage – as soon as the issue is verified.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the return arriving.
Exclusions
Final-sale items and personal-care products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Send a photo to chenzhenjun2026@outlook.com with your height and the size you took. Every submission goes through a moderation queue before it appears on the wall - the customer confirms the photo is hers and that the size worn is the size she ordered.
